SOME INFORMATION ON BREATHWORK
A brief insight into how breathwork works
In a breathwork session... each new breath you inhale, mingles with the cells of your body and encourages a deep cleaning action to take place. It literally provides an avenue for built up mental and emotional pollution (which looks like soot) to be flushed from the body via the out breath.
Because the breath holds both oxygen and energy, the process of good conscious breathing provides the body with a much needed fresh energy supply to live by.
The combination and interaction of the new, raw energy supply you've breathed into yourself, and the release of old accumulated toxic pollution you've breathed out, creates a deep sense of SPACIOUSNESS! It's a simple, organic and practical process that works very quickly and very well.
The past loses it's hold on you and you finally become free to move forward in your life.
Anxiety, fear, stress, self doubt and chaos drip away and you enter deeper states of calm, peace, clarity and confidence.

It releases and dissolves density (old reactive trauma, mental and emotional pollution) from the mind, emotions and body and realigns you with the spiritual aspect of yourself. You feel connected, calm and wonderfully still inside.
